Message from Lily and Annie
Join our family in the Clean Water Giving Jar Challenge to bring clean water and the love of Jesus to an entire village! Place a jar near your sink or wherever you get your drinking water and drop money in when you fill up your glass to remind you of those spending hours every day just to collect dirty water.
When Lily was reading her geography book, there on her last page was a little note about people who have no or only dirty water and how some spend 6 hours each day just collecting muddy water. So her book gave the suggestion to put a jar near your water and drop money in it every time you use it. She asked if we could do it. We looked through the different options of clean water projects and found the Jesus Wells. So we thought we would see how amazing our God is and challenge our friends and family to do the same and help us dig a Jesus Well! It is about so much more than water.
About Jesus Wells

Jesus Wells increase the health standards of a village, allowing for children to be nourished and animals to be watered. The wells you provide are located in the village or community, so women and children no longer have to walk hours to find water.
With one well you can save an entire village from waterborne illnesses.
Unlike the dirty water from stagnant ponds, streams or old shallow wells, this water is clean and creates an awareness of good hygiene, leading to fewer medical problems and healthier people.
